cooling fan howls at all speeds

Default cooling fan howls at all speeds

ok i have checked the fan clutch and its good but the fan howls at all speeds and even when the temp is up. any suggestions. i did a search but the one topic that came up did not help any

Sounds like it is going out. Not alowing slippage like it should. Does it ever not howl? If not then replace the fan clutch.

Something I noticed also, is that a aftermarket fan clutch is much noisier then the factory, not freeing up nearly as soon. I recommend getting a factory replacement clutch.

99% of the time when I hear this it turns out the clutch is locked or near locked and is causing the problem. I'll bet your mileage dropped too didnt it?
