An owners manual? I don't know why you'd want to buy an owners manual, but, you can. From DiamlerChryslers TechAuthority website its $20. HERE.

You can also buy a service manual. CD for $90. Print for $90.

Either way, eBay is a better (read: cheaper) place to get this stuff. Unless you have eBayphobia.

Chiltons & Haynes manuals aren't nearly as detailed as the FSM I have a Chiltons manual in my truck and a FSM on my comp. The only reason I still have my Chiltons is if I get into trouble on the road.
