I pretty much have the same question as BlackOnBlackOnBlack. I want to know where i can find a set of shackles, and body lift kit. we are supposed to use a chevy 1inch lowering shackles, but for what model chevy??

i found a how-to for the install, but i dont know which shackles to use.

are you planning on adding big offroad tires on your D?

Just a thought, if you raise your truck, you may lose some mpg's because of aerodymanics.

Part #2001 for these shackles
http://www.macsspring.com/website/we...ackleframe.htm

Or these ones
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...6700&view=2047

They are both the same strength so the westerns are the way to go but for those who want options I put in the beltech's

I got this info off of another site and the guy that put it up has used both types of shackles so don't worry about that being for a ram. As for the macspring site being down I'd say just look around the net for western shackles and you'll be good to go, they run less than $50 with shipping vs. Beltechs' $65 without shipping
