I think they let 2 Durangos in because Digi asked for his to be included himself. Just read thru the thread. They wouldn't allow self nominations, but someone went ahead and nominated him after his request and it went through.

I love Digi's hood and have a new hood planned for myself this Spring. Both of the guys have better hoods than my stocker! As far as mods however, from the lists, I have them both doubled up. As my list isn't complete, they probably have lots on their trucks too that you can't see or are not listed too I bet. They are all three nice choices for TotM IMHO.

As for voting, my peep's from another forum (LOL ) know of my nomination now so I have pulled in front. Nice to see a D, either mine or Digi's, beat a Dak LOL. On some forums it is like 95% Daks and 5% D-gos. The Daks whine when they don't win with an R/T (gag LOL). I just feel that there is more to mod on a Durango than a Dak since it is bigger, etc. We can do more with what we have. However with that said, I'd love some of that horsepower from the lower weight that they get to haul around.

Multiple posts in months before and after and have an active picture gallery too to be nominated, not to vote.

Voting is open to everyone. An open vote and this type of competition is great for web sites. It brings in new and old users and drives traffic. More traffic means more stats and more stats means more revenue. So all in all and in the 'business of the forum', the more... the merrier. Just look at the ads all over the screen, on nearly every side of the window. More people is good for business. Polls and competitions accomplishes that. Quite ingenious actually.

Hard to vote when there are disimilarities. A Dak and two Durangos. I agree with Hydra shocker, why are there two D's when the voting question is best truck of the month? Is this a trick voting?

Correct. From the drivers seat forward, and for the entire frame, a Dak and a Durango are identical. We are trucks.

Yes, SUV's may be made on top of truck frames and such, but a truck is a truck and SUV is a SUV in my world of perception. Two different vehicles. You cannot throw a refrigerator inside your SUV standing up? and you cannot fit 8-9 people "comfortably" in a truck? So same family, different siblings.

If they re-worded the question, Best SUV of the month, then I would choose SUV.

Can't blame me for interpreting that voting question? haha That's english for ya!
