Bad thing about hydraulics is that it can severely mess up the frame with all that twisting and bending of the hydraulics to one corner of the vehicle. Even if it is a show car, it will eventually not even be drivable for too long. Things will get out of alignment, get loose, etc from all that hopping, lifting, twisting, etc.

If I ever decide to add hydraulics to my D, it will only be used to give my D an extra lift for ground clearance when I am offroading. and lifting/lowering the D would be all 4 corners simulatenously.

i swear im on a 4x4 forum most of the time i am on here I chose the truck cause i love the look i support anyone that owns one i dont care what they do with it. i have a shop and build hydraulic cars for a living the d wont be hoppingand when done right there is no frame twisting or any of that
