Rough (maybe) idling 03 5.9
I cannot recall, I think you use the ignition switch and flip it on/off a few times and then it will show the codes on your odometer. Otherwise, you can by a $9x.xx code scanner from Walmart and you can see all the codes and clear them too.
There may be some codes that do not show up (engine light). Or some sensors may start to go out and still not show engine light. (Example: TPS sensor) TPS sensor went out on me but it did not throw a engine light. Engine kept surging on/off on cruise control. Replaced TPS and cruise works fine.

Cycle the key on and off three times on the third time leave it in the on position and have a pen and paper to wirte the codes down. Then come back here and go to the engine code index at the top of the forum.
I still think you night have a ignition wiring problem. The 5.9l is notorious for running like crap if the wires are not set perfect. If you still think it is injectors you could try some injecto cleaner (personally I don't think the stuff works), it is worth a try instead of just replacing all of the injectors when your not sure that is even the problem.
Continuing what was said about Bosch "Platinum" plugs, you should never put them in any car foreign or domestic! They foul out with a quickness. All of the Quickie parts stores sell them because there is such a high profit margin on them. I work at a Foriegn parts store and our cost one them is less than $2.plug yet you can't buy them less than $5 most of the time. If someone recomends them to you then you should immediatly disregard most of what they tell you because they do not know what they are talking about.

Have you checked for a vacuum leak? When I did my 50k tune up I cracked the a vacuum hose that had me doubting my own work. Spraying some carb clearer on hoses, t fitings and connectors will so an immediate change in idle and let you know what the issue is. Before you start with injectors that were running good before I would check the vacuum. Some time codes dont show unless you put miles on the car. Mine checked off once I drove it. But idling while I was working did not trip a code.
Idle should be about 850 RPMs. That 'rough' is perhaps power? How does she run? If fine, I wouldn't sweat it. Run a bottle of injector cleaner and move on.
I posted the TSB on the wires reroute a few months back. Just search for it and link back for referrence.
I agree with Steve, Autolite 3923's. You will not find them listed in any book as compatible, but they are and work fine. They are one range cooler than the stock Champions and thaty helps reduce pinging if you have any of that.
