I just got a 1999 4x4 and want to get the biggest tire possible with an off-road look without putting a lift kit on. I may put one on in the future, but for now Ill just get bigger tires. Thanks for any help!

I think 32's are the biggest. I've heard the 33's rub in the front.

 

32's will rub too on full lock but if you're willing to spend the money on bigger off road tires you may want to do a t/s lift it will only cost you 50 bucks or so and take about 2 hours to do yourself then 32's will fit without problems.

 

I have 32's on my 99 they rub on full lock but thats all.
