98 Durango Rear washer fluid resevoir
Only happens when it's cold... My guess is it freezes up somewhere. Only way I get it to flow again is by waiting for it to get warmer or if I constantly hold the spray button down until it starts to spray again.
I didn't read it. My lines are way longer than yours though since my washer fluid comes from the fron and I've never had a problem. Just make sure you don't use the blue stuff in the winter. I will use cheap deicer or this last time I bought seome Mr Clean washer fluid and it works really well. I think it's good down to -30* or so.
Check the little one way valve just below the lines near the nozzles. Clogged or broken and you'll have issues. Remove it and they will work, but will suck in contaminates as you use them. If there is a problem, replace the valve.

I get the same problem, only for me it's the front one that doesn't work, my rear one works fine, but the windshield's nozzles won't work. I just squeegee it off at gas stations whenever I get the chance and, if need be, toss some snow on the windshielf and use the wipers to let it get cleaned off. I think it is just the cold, b/c I just noticed this problem in the winter. I'm hoping to test it out next week once it thaws off and see if it works then.
