Default No Heat in 99 Durango

I am thinking about purchasing a 99 Durango and the only thing I can find wrong with it is the heat does not get cold. The air comes out of the right places depending on where the selector switch is pointed to, it just doesn't get cold. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is and how hard it is to fix?

Thanks,
Bob

Check the freon out and other than that I would say it may be the baffle that is not closing completely on the heater. In many D's that is the case and the only time it is worth getting into is if you have to replace the a/c condenser/heater core.
