I have an electrical issue with my 03, the dash lights went out witch also took out the tail lights, fuse #4 20 amp keeps poping, but not immediately, may not pop for some time. Anyone with info please reply.

Done any electrical work lately or messed with any dash panels?

 

Not before it happened, the week before heater fan and resistor failed, this started while waiting on parts. Im thinking the CTM may be the culprit. Sound reasonable?
