ive owned my d for a little over 6 months. about a week after i bought it, my oil pressure dropped to zero and check gauges light came on. it did it one time and quickly went right back to normal. yesterday it did the same thing. oil pressure dropped to zero and the check gauges light came on. it quickly went right back to normal.only once. it drives perfect and is mechanically fine before, during, and after it does this. any suggestions as to whats going on !?!?! it has only done this twice and went right back to normal both times. thanks

 

Sounds like an oil pressure sending unit. Do a search on this subject in the Dakot Gen2 forum, this has come up several times.
