I have 01 d, i the front a/c is not blowing at all. i change the resistor pack under passenger dash and nothing happened. the wire hariness looks fine. i check the fuses under the hood and inside, they are good. Any either ideas?

 

I got a similiar problem on my 98, the fans work fine, but it just ain't cold. Turns out I cracked something or other, and all the Freeon leaked out, I can refill the freeon with my dad's equipment, for like 15-20 dollars for the cost of the freeon, but it just all leaks out within a week or 2, to fixe the whole thing permentaly, I was told it would be between 500 and 600 dollars, money better spent on a good brushguard IMO, cuz I really don't need A/C, just roll the windows down.
