Default interesting wiring issue

So I bought a 95 Intrepid, and at first was enjoying everything about it. 23 MPG average commuting to work, everything works. Except the heater blower runs when I forget to turn the control off - and the key's in my pocket. Yes, it runs whether the car's turned on or not if I haven't turnedthe bloweroff at its control. At first, this resulted in needing to jump the car a couple times.
But now that summer's coming and the temps are higher, I'm running into another issue altogether. If it gets warm enough, the blower quits, as well as the dash lights and the windows losing all function. As this happens, the Air Bag light comes on. However, the headlights and dome lights work when the other systems are down. When the car's been turned off and cools down, all systems return to working and the Air Bag light is off. How bizarrely has this car been rewired? The passenger airbag was deployed in the past. Is it possible that, in attempting to bypass the light without properly installing another airbag, a jumper wire was used that fuses all these systems together? It's going to be almost 90 tomorrow, and I need at least the windows to work.
Thank you.

I'm not sure, but how about a bad BCM (body control module)?
