when i take off in the car the tranny will jump and the spedomoter wont work and the tranny wont shift out of 1st gear. the strange thing is that when the speedomoter starts to work so does the tranny. i just changed the tranny fluid and filter today and on my first run with it, it did the same thing. does anyone out there have any idea on what this might be. The other thing is that i have been hearing noises from the front end when i turn and i am going slow. i replaced the tie-rods last year and it got better for awhile and now it is getting worse. I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone can provide. THANKS

 

i'm betting on the output speed sensor. dunno where it's at, but i hear they go bad a lot. i'm new to mopar, and this forum seems dead, i hope someone else chimes in here. my 2 cents worth is to replace both input and output sensors. i work at advance auto parts, i looked them up for my 94 LHS, they were about $30 for both. they can't be too hard to put in.
