When driving at times I experience a up and down movement in the steering wheel and it's a violent movement. Doesn't happen all the time going up hills or letting off the gas. Outer tie rod ball joints replaced. Bushings on the inner tie rod to steering box and steering box bushings are replaced. Thoughts?

 

...I'd check for engine / transaxle mounts..at least to be sure this option can be put aside..
