Default a couple annoying things... that I hope is a easy fix?!?

we have a 1994 intrepid (obviously) with 92,000 miles it has the 3.5l engine it has all the bells and whistles on it, i'm just kinda curious why the message center always has some lights on. example: the door light will be on and all the doors are shut, or trunk (i'm not even sure if it has a door light but you get the point)... not a big deal just kinda annoying!
&nbsp\\;
also when going down the road when I get to about 35-40 it'll start vibrating, again I don't think it hurts it, just annoying!
&nbsp\\;
another thing is when I turn the heater/AC off there's this terrible noise that comes from the vents!
&nbsp\\;
I think thats it, for now anyways!
&nbsp\\;
If you could help me fix any of these I would appreciate it!

another thing I want to know is why these transmissions don't last very long? another example for the message center is the traction control lights, they're always on, even when I push the traction control button they don't change, so I never know whether it's on or off!
