Question Please Help - Rough Idle, Stalling, Knocking!!

Ok so here is the deal. I have a 96 dodge intrepid 3.3 V6. Taken care of greatly. Now, I took the valve covers off to replace the gasket, when you do this you have to also take the air intake off as well, replaced that gasket, and there was one more gasket that I replaced as well that was coming off the air intake, I think it may have been the speed sensor gasket or something. Anyways the fuel rail has to come off first, which we did. The injectors were leaking fuel, took it back apart, back together. Injectors did not seem like they were leaking, but I could not tell, after driving for five minutes there was a loss of power when I took my foot off the gas, very rough idle, had to keep RPM's between 800-1500 to keep it started, really jerky like I thought the transmission was acting up, and very loud noise's, like knocks that were intermittent. Some help here would make me jump for joy. I thought that maybe it was the injectors and am going to replaces those this weekend, unless someone here can give me some pointers. Thanks everyone for your help, Rob

You may also have a leaky intake gasket. Spray a bit of eather or starter fluid (careful where you spray) around the gasket area and see if the rpm's jump up. If so, you found your leak.
