Default No Start Diagnosis Help Needed

'95 Intrepid 3.3L (No-Flex)

I did the steps in the No-Start Procedures part of the Shop Manual.

Found bad Cam sensor and replaced it.
Then, with test light test, I get possible bad circuit for cam/crank sensor result (Light flashes with key on, light will not flash while cranking).

I have replaced the fuel pump and am getting 55psi at the rail.

I checked the coil resistance secondary (across towers) within specs. Primary (at the plug from ASR) pins slightly out of spec (0.45-0.65) mine read 1.3 ohms one one meter and 0.8 on another meter. Temp today was in the 70's.

Not getting fire at plug 2 but stopped testing plugs because ASR shuts down coil.

Next step is check the volts at the Cam and crank sensor plugs again ( last time I checked it was within spec).

How do I test 5 volt ground circuit?

How do I test the crank sensor?

Considering bypassing the ASR to see if spark plugs get fire.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a bunch!
