Default Check Engine light-Can I turn it off?

1995 Intrepid. Replaced the Power Control Module on advice of shop. Car was intermittantly going into a low rumble engine modea and the electrical system would go haywire. After replacing, the check engine light comes on and won't go off. I figured out what the codes were and I am not too worried about them right now. Just sunk over $1000 into car on other things. The Question-will the check engine light go off by itself? Or, how can I turn it off?

Codes I get-23 - intake air temp sensor out of range

64-cataytic converter efficency failure

Car is running fine outside of the check engine light....

Thanks in advance...

Im wondering if the same problem is happening to me.I got a 94 eagle vision and when the temperature is warm outside you accelerate and the car feels like it is going in a bog and wont accelerate unless you romp the gas. After awhile it will do this until the check engine light comes on and it stops. But at night when the temperature is cool out sometimes it wont ever do this.(bog) I toobeen sinking alot into this car cause its my everyday driver.
thanks
pat

the air intake sensor probaly wont go out if it does not for long as the computer is seeing a faulty sensor. the cat failure could be partly due to the ait. if it is seeing the air temp one way or the other it is going to add more or less fuel depending on which way it is sensing.
