I've had a problem starting my 1995 Dodge Intrepid ES 3.5, it has 74,000 miles on it. The problem is that the engine turns over for about 10 seconds before it starts. Even though it's cold here in Wisconsin, this was happening in the summer time also. Sometimes it starts right away, but lately it's been getting worse. But when it does start, it runs fine. The battery is new also so that's not the issue. And I just changed the fuel filter. I've used fuel injector cleaner but nothing has changed. Any suggestions?
