Default help with overheating

ok I have a 96 dodge intrepid and its overheating quick. Like when I turn it on and drive out the parking lot at my aprtment. Ok i live in phoenix AZ and it like 100-105 deg outside.

now my question is do these cars do this a lot? Also what can it be? radiadtor? thermostat? low coolant? I have no idea on what else can cause this. So what else can it be????

can it be a faulty sensor???

what else can u guys think that can overheat this car???

help me please!

Thanks

If it's doing this that quick, the first thing I'd do is change the thermostat and coolant if it's old. Sounds like maybe the thermostat isn't opening all the way.
