1996 3.3 intrepid, hard to start, cranks 10-20-30 seconds then starts, heavy smell of fuel. starts, runs rough until revd up then seems to run fine on the road, turn off, starts fine right away but if you wait 10-30 minutes, same thing hard to start, changed air filter, no change, changed plugs and use a bit of carb cleaner down the throut , no change. suggestions

 

I'm having the same problem with my 95 3.3 sometimes it doesn't even crank wen it does occasionally it will crank for a second then stop. Also wen it does start I have a strong fuel smell it may be a common problem I'm going to do some research ill let u know anything I find out
