Default '95 3.5L running lean?

Have a 95 vision/intrepid w/ 3.5L that would not start (unexpectidly and originally thought low fuel as the gauge is out). key fob = codes 41 and 32. Checked plugs and replaced (old/worn) still no start, replaced crank position sensor and started; but producing lots of white exhaust and smells of gas. 1st figured from repeated cranking and needed to burn off any fuel in exhuast & cat-converter. After running for a while and going to local gas station, still white smoke. Now codes 32, 51 and 41 apear. Figured since crank and cam are somewhat in series, replaced camshaft position sensor, still same result and codes. Could the EGR cause the code 51 and lean fuel? I can hear the EGR chattering after warmup and the PVC works (felt vaccum and heard it shut) or could the MAP or TPS affect the fuel mixture? Codes are in this order: 12, 32, 51, 51, 41 & 55.
