I hope someone is able to help me as I have run out of ideas. I have a 94 Dodge intrepid with a 3.3l engine and the a606/42le transmission. The transmission started slipping a year ago so I replaced the transmission solenoid with a used part. Everything was fine for about six months. The car started slipping again so I pulled the valve body and bought a new solenoid. I took the valve body and cleaned it as well. After replacing the parts and starting the engine the transmission will not engage. If you rev the engine with it in gear, occasionally it will bump but nothing more. I have already tried another solenoid but that did not fix the issue. I also replaced the the transmission position sensor. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
