Im taking a trip to Texas from North Carolina in August and need to haul 4 computers in the back but have no room, so I am trying to find the smallest trailer available from Uhaul that will fit all of these.

My question is, should i have a problem hauling this? The towing capacity is rated at ~2000lbs. but would the transmission be able to handle this trip easily?

 

When I was with U-haul the smallest was a 4x6 called an LH as in Luggage Hauler. It was covered and lockable. Do you have a trailer hitch? U-haul has a computer program which is supposed to approve the rental where they enter the make and model of the towing vehicle and it will decline the rental if it is not compatable. The only modification I would suggest is adding an aftermarket Transmission oil cooler. Not a bad idea if you live in the mountains anyway. Good luck
