Default Heat, A/C, BLOWER MOTOR HHELLPP

Alright guys, I have a 93 Concorde with the 3.3L and my a/c and heat do not work.
The A/C control unit does not work, but the buttons do light up when I turn on the headlights- So i'm assuming the whole unit is getting power, if I'm wrong- please correct me.
No dealership around me offers to sell me the relay plugged in the back of the unit, so I can't test to see if the relay works.
I was told at the dealership that disconnecting the unit forces the A/C and Heat to go into default mode and blow full blast. Well, my blower motor doesn't spit out anything when I do that.
Where is the blower motor located so I can test the wires?
What else do you suggest?
Thanks so much,
Brian
