My 96 Intrepid is having a wiper problem. When you click the wiper to go on, the motor sounds like it is trying to move the arms but the arms will not move. This started after an ice storm, is it possible they are frozen? Any ideas what I should do?

 

If water got into the wipper gear box and froze, I guess it could happen. Try a hair dryer to thaw it out.
