Default Tach problems

So my tach decides to go crazy when it gets wet out. After things dry up a bit it's fine. The needle just jumps everywhere this only happens when it wet out!
Any Ideas? Anybody?

So the car acts fine, it's just the tach? Could be the tach signal wire from the PCM getting moisture on it. Have a look.
