I think Forum Dodge has a good price on the PT clutch. I also have a slight hookup at one of my local dealers, so I can look him up.

Ok so I have most of my parts for the swap. One thing I need to know. I know that when I swap the new mtx pcm into my car I will have to take it to the dealership to get it flashed, but I was wondering how much that usually takes and will the car still run and start fine without it being flashed for a while?

You don't need to have the PCM reflashed.

You dont? Is it better or does it not matter at all to get it re-flashed?

I dunno. I had a friend who said I would have to get it re-flashed to have the mileage and VIN number put into it. So thats why I was asking on here because he swapped a tranny before in his car and said he got his re-flashed so I was checkin to see if it was necessary.

our pcm's dont control the milage like the newer neons do....nor are they have anything to do with the vin number....you would only need to get it reflashed if you were doin this swap on a 2nd gen neon and only if you wanted the correct milage in the odometer
