The bottom seat just pulls out. The other part is held in with some torx bolts. Don't remember the size, but you will need a big one, some PB Blaster (or other penetrating oil) and a good breaker bar.

i wanna say the torx bit needed is a T-55 but i cant exactly remember......i have broken many bits and messed up alot of bolts trying to get seats out...so take your time and let them soak

If and when I replace my seats, I was thinking about replacing the torx bolts with a standard bolt.
