They don't have a stock rebuild, but I know I saw one online somewhere for about $500-$600. Oooo, here it is...

file a complaint online with the BBB in their state, you will get your parts within 1 week after that. i waited 3 months for my 1k worth of parts last year, filed a claim, and what do ya know, i got all my parts, the correct ones, in a week.

When I first got into modifying my car, I started out ordering parts from Howell. They are good guys but they always take longer than they should. My AFX Race PCM took several months to get, my pacesetter header and cat-back took about 2.5 weeks to get etc.
I've had nothing but good fast experience with Modern Performance. They've always been fast to deliver my parts. I had my MPX long tube stainless steel header delivered in 2 days through FedEx. With my MPX 60mm TB, I believe they said it would take about four days to get to my house and it took 3. I've ordered from Modern about 5 or 6 times (maybe more). Based on my experience, I'll order through Modern over Howell anyday.

when your status gets to "shipped" and you still have not seen a correct part after a month, then start to worry.
