I always seem to be over-driving my headlights, they seem to be aimed properly and all, I'm just wondering if the problem is the plastic. It seems to deteriorate over time, every Neon I looked at in the junkyard today had the same "cloudy" look in theplastic lens. Looks like you'd have to buy the entire housing from the stealer, and I don't like buying stuff from the stealer. Any cheap solutions?

all first gens have the terrible cloudy headlights. Some places have good cleaner for headlights which u can try and might work. if not i would invest in some crystal clear headlights used or new or my rally style headlights are nice diff look to a neon and there really bright

Those might be the factory ones that will yellow after time as well. Make sure they are Diamond clear.
