I bought a Atx TB at a junk yard off of a SOHC neon. What I was wondering is if it matters what motor I get it off of???? My neon is a DOHC. Does it matter if its a SOHC or a DOHC motor that I pull it off of????

no it doesnt make a difference as long as its an automatic,and its a fairly easy swap,,good luck,
