No man you can still get them but there might be just a tiny bit of rubbing on the spring perch on the strut. I have heard of people actually just shaving/sanding whatever you wanna do to get it not to rub. If you can get the rims and tires, even if they are 215's for that price do it. I will try and find the thread somewhere I saw about how people can get them to fit and not rub. Or you could even ask for the rims only without tires for maybe liek 150.

damn well get em. They should be fine, and then might not even rub. I think its only on some struts and liek I said I remember ppl talking about fabbing the struts to make them fit fine or somethin.

if you get the srt4 rims with the stock 205/50-17's then they wont even fit on the car.....the tires just wont fit under the strut perch unless you let all the air out of them and then force the rim on the car.....(i did this just for a pic) you can get them to fit, but you have to file down the inner 3 inches of the tread past the steel belts...

215/40-17's will fit on a neon just fine...the first tires i ever had on my chrome 17's were that size and i never had any rubbing problems at all, even on tight turns

you can find the srt rims pretty cheap, i got mine from a kid i knew for $200....needed tires though
