they'll both lower it but it'll ride like **** and be really bumpy

That isn't always the case. Coilovers lower your ride and have a real nice feel to them. The neons suffer from limited jounce travel, so any lowering will result in a harsher ride. Depends on what the driver is willing to live with.

i love the mopars i had but that wasent as low as i wanted do shes droped 2' i think... skunk 2??? but it handles like a camp... and looks good

never heard of either.
mopar high rates almost feel like stock. I wouldn't waste money on anything else.

yeah my car rides crapy and i have good struts and springs on it, it all depends on the roads. and in michigan they are crappy. but when im on a smooth road its great.
