Who says manual is better for racing. Even the best shifters will miss a gear. An auto will never miss a shift and when you do miss one, goodbye. Not saying auto's the best option, but good and bad to both sides.

ide say manual is the best for racing,,,unless u have a 400hp automatic neon,,lol,,but seriously automatic neons are not the best way 2 go!!i do admit they do pull good,,but ive raced automatic neons and missed my shift and always had time to recover!!!but they were stock i think,,im not saying that i would whip em if they had a couple mods,,but manual,is my preference,,,

same here ilike the autos for regular drivingbut i have played with it i have took it to 110 once buti live in a rural area so theres few cars in the right times.and theres a road that is perfect for drag, drifting, fun, and well anything and no cops no one else uses it no other cars i dont speed as bad as 110 anymore 0-60 is good for me

The only gear I ever miss is 3rd.I dunno but for some reason when Im racing, once in a great while I miss 3rd.After I installed lightened flywheel, and clutchmasters clutch, I went about a year without ever missing 3rd.Then last week I happen to miss it again. 3rd gear FTL
