i have it all but i will have to check about the battery cable harness...i know there are 3 or 4 of them atleast in the shed...just have to check the condition of them

 

hey spud you got a stock 5 spd shift **** yet?
those cheesy aftermarket junk ones keep falling off i need a stock one. dont care about condition, just so it stays on.

 

i havent seen it or awhile.....if i get a chance and remember i will check some boxes out in the shed later

 

How tough would it be for me to just swap your dohc head on my sohc engine? Is it even possible? I have that bad lifter tick in my sohc head, and I just was wondering if swapping to dohc head would be possible, and would there be any gains? Is it all ready to just bolt on? I'm just wanting to see if it would be worth it. Thanks alot

 

everything is there for the head, but you would still need the head gasket, timing belt, idler pulleys, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, valve cover, and a few other odds and ends

 

The intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and valve cover off the sohc won't work?

 

No from a SOHC engine. They are all different.
