steering wheel bobble?

steering wheel bobble?
in my new Neon, when i get going my steering wheel will wobble kinda. like the car will continue to go straight but the wheel will just wobble from going straight to like a 30 degree angle. it really bugs me. what would be causing it?
Also how hard would it be to swap in a new steering wheel from another Neon?

well i had the same problem with my 68 satellite......so i started to check things......found out that i needed to replace my wheelbearings......but that wasnt the problem....it was a bad tire...[&:]
