i have a 1997 neon sohc (168000 miles on it) showing obd code 35 rad fan controlrelay circuit. does this mean i have to replace this partor does this code refer to multiple parts? will replacing this part fix problem? both fans work so i dont know what the problem is? anyone have any suggestions
