smog pump

I want to remove the smog pump and all that other useless **** can I removeit without my check engine light coming on if so can I trickit into thinking its still there

RE: smog pump

You can solder in a resistor to help reduce the frequency of the CEL. You can also get a Mopar PCM as it doesn't look for the EGR.
