i can get a set of really nice rims for cheap but they're 5x114 with a 40 offset will they fit or is there a way i can make them fit

neon bolt pattern is 5x100, so its a bit off....

They will fit with the adapters that I have, but they will not bolt up the neon hub as mentioned.
