code 21... oxygen sensor??
hey guys!! long time no... uh, type!? haha! anyway, My check engine light just came on. I got codes 12 and 21. I know 12 is just the battery or comp disconnect/reset. (which by the way the batt was not disconnected, although I do have some mischievous raccoons in my neighborhood!!)
So bottom line, How bad are we talking here? how many limbs or siblings will i have to sell to fix this thing? and how dire of an emergency is it to fix it? I am **** poor!! ha! <-nervous laugh (not funny!)
thanks guys!!

Welcome back.
More than likely it's your upstream O2 sensor. Costs about $40 from a parts store. Easy to put in (if you have the sensor socket with the groove down the side).
