How do you do the throttle cables on those? does the cable bracket mount to the throttlebody? i forget.

 

yea the bracket bolts to the tb. i did have to cut like an inch off the bottom of the bracket but thats it. ill have better pics later hopefully if i get it back together today. im not sure i got other things in got to do today.

 

well i figured i would update this. the car is back together.but its idleing at about 4 grand. its driving me crazy cuz i cant figure it out. i took it for a drive to see if it wold idle down. it did after i got one it a couple of times. i think its getting to much gas. i dont think its a vacum leak or anything like that but i dont have anyone to help me look cuz i dont want to let the car idle that high that long. im also thinking it could be a dirty tps. but im not sure.

 

I've seen those intake manifolds before.

well i got her all fixed. i dont kno what it was. i started all over and took everything off and put it back on. i made sure everything was sealed and that i replaced all the gaskets. it runs liek a champ. there is a little difference but not much that u can really tell. im hoping on taking it to the track in a couple weeks. well ill put some pics up later i got some stuff i got to do
