i am wanting to know what are the best lowering springs to by and what the ride is going to drive like
the ones that i am lookng at are 2 inch dropin the front and a 450 spring rate and the rear is 1.75 and 350 spring rate which isnt that bad but wanting to to know more on what kind and where to find them at

The lower you drop the car the more harsh the ride will be on a neon. That being said, look for some used Mopar High Rates (discontinued), Skunk2 or Goldlines.
