it shifts ok but sometimes it feels like it didnt even shift but thats not always, yea thats what im thinking its internal lol its going to suck if it is and how do i check the throttle linkage and the kickdown band that could be it to

 

It may be misadjusted, you have to look to see. Tighten adjust your kickdown band and see if that helps. You may also want to take a look at your O2 sensors. They may be faulty and causing the car to run like crap.

And you need a multi-meter to check the O2 sensors. First, just inspect the wiring for any frays.

Speeking from Busted auto expirances, Your diferential pin popped out of the differental and is now in pieces inside of your transmission case, and is also clogging your filter. If One wheel was spinnin and the other wasnt its toast. It may be a harsh lesson, but its what happens. BUT you may be lucky and it might be your Neutral park saftey switch (more of a plug than a switch), Its on the bottom of the tranny up front, and if its kinda loose it will do that. Hope for the best!

 

so the best thing to do is just swap my trans anyway i wanted to swap into mtx already got tired of the atx but yea i learned a lesson lol dont keep pressing the gas if you stuck
