So I have read through this thread probably ten or more times now, and I have everything I need except for the cone filter... Reason being, I have to order one in and prepay for it.
In the how to, their are five different K&N filters listed, the cheapest one being the RU-3120, than the RU-3130, than RD-0720.

So my question now,
is since the how to is made for the full length CAI, not the simple SRI being this one:


Which filter did you guys with SRI version use? and after having used it, would you still suggest it(rubbing issues etc?)

Oh and although I am pretty sure it does not matter. I have 96 Neon SOHC

Hey i kno this post is really old but is this for a SOHC or a DOHC?

 

It works for either.

 

i used two differnt ones i got off ebay to get it to work right and allow my hood to close. i dont know how to make it bigger pic.

 

I would like to buy one of those off you hood sir , those Icemans are really hard to find and I’m going to be doing this setup for my 98 sport
