I was woundering if anyone had an extra ecm for a 98 DOHC mtx that is still good. For some reason my speedo stopped working and i replaced the vss and still nothing and then took the gauge cluster out and resodered all those little points and still nothing. Now the car is cutting out when i am on the gas like it isnt getting a tps signal. Someone told me that my injector driver in my ecm mightbe going bad. If someone could steer me in the right direction that would be great.

 

smack the PCM while its idleing and see if it stumbles, usually a good indication if its going bad.

 

i had that problem not to long ago.....after i changed the whole engine bay harness it worked fine[&:]
