yeah ive been thinking about taking of my wing and going with a stock wing of a Neon model car (1st or 2nd gen) and ill be re doing my hood scoop this summer even though all the haters dont like them but its my car and ill go tint the head lights asap is that leagal and at what percent of tint??

your car will look a lot better without that stylehood scoopboxerkeep a hood scoop of some kind but that one is just ugly.go tint those head lights but two coats is the safe betbut i have seen three and they look like a cop would bust you don't go over three coatsoh and take the head lights off or use alot of masking tape trust me i tinted my stock onesblue they lit up blue tooi dont hate big wings i hate big ugly wings there are good ones but there all useless if your not going 130+mph[&:]as soon as i get my skyline i will want that wing[8D]maby not i like the skylines stock spoiler three maby four more monthsor lessgood luck boxer.
