You don't need the spacer if the wheels are 18x7.

Those small brakes will look funny behind those 18"s.

it is neat looking....looks like they are only about 5" in diameter

just keep in mind that 18's with a 35 series tire dont have much rubber....more like a rubber band stretched around a garbage can
