Default Need a Primary Proportioning Valve, or Prop Valve help...

Car: 1995 Plymouth Neon. Front discs, rear drums. Non-ABS. I think these valves are interchangeable for ABS and non-ABS.

Problem: Primary prop valve is spraying brake fluid. The primary valve is the one closest to the driver on non-ABS models. I don't really understand how it's leaking. It appears to be leaking out of the midsection o-ring. What makes it do that?

Cause: Surely, a failed prop valve doesn't bypass fluid out of an external hole to create a leak... or does it? That's all I can think of. There's a little hole underneath the midsection o-ring, and it seems that it's being sprayed out from there. But it sure is hard to tell when I push the brake, then get out of the car to inspect it. If only I had some friends who weren't so busy...

Anybody got one? (or both)
